Yogurt is a surefire way to satisfy those late afternoon hunger pangs. It is also an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus, helps to maintain weight, adds protein to your diet, and ensures a healthy bacterial balance in the body. But with so many choices (not to mention flavours), which one is best? Shauna Lindzon, a consulting dietitian in Toronto, has taken some of the guesswork out of choosing a healthy yogurt.
