Child’s pose for partners
- Have your partner kneel facedown so his upper body is resting on his knees.
- Kneel behind him, and rest your hands on his back for a few deep breaths together.
- Next, rub the muscles along his spine with your thumbs or knuckles.
- Tap lightly on his back and buttocks with loose fists.
- Lie your upper body down on top of his back.
- Ask him if your body weight feels good to him.
- Take five deep breaths and relax together.
- This is a nice time to express your love and appreciation for your partner.
