Child’s pose for partners

  • Have your partner kneel facedown so his upper body is resting on his knees.
  • Kneel behind him, and rest your hands on his back for a few deep breaths together.
  • Next, rub the muscles along his spine with your thumbs or knuckles.
  • Tap lightly on his back and buttocks with loose fists.
  • Lie your upper body down on top of his back.
  • Ask him if your body weight feels good to him.
  • Take five deep breaths and relax together.
  • This is a nice time to express your love and appreciation for your partner.
