Get Crafty with Pressed Flowers

Pressed flowers are a special keepsake (particularly when grown at home), and may inspire an interest in gardening.

PROJECT TIME: 7 minutes to snip and press a few blooms, wait time not included

1 Snip fresh blooms at base, or leave stem attached. Just about any blossom or leaf can
be pressed, but those with thinner petals dry quicker. Note: The longer the drying time, the more the hue fades. For this project, we chose cyclamen, azalea, hydrangea and primula.
