How to Build a Water-Pressurized Rocket

Step 1: Make sure the cork fits the opening of the soda bottle. If you’re having trouble finding a cork that fits, check with your local hardware store. They should be able to help you out.

Step 2: Measure the cork against the needle and use a utility knife to cut off enough of it so the needle just sticks out of the end of the cork when you push it through.
