RICHEST FUDGE

Del Breyers Fudgsicle: 90 calories; 2 g fat (1.5 g saturated, 0.1 g trans); 50 mg sodium; 13 g sugar per 60 mL bar.
$4.49 for 720 mL

TASTE TEST Our testers – even our contrary 17-year-old – tried a few kinds of fudge bars, but loved these ones for their creamy texture and taste.  The 12-year-old, not surprisingly, wished the bars were larger.

OUR DIETITIAN SAYS These are on the high side for calories and fat, but they’re still pretty reasonable for chocolate. Besides, fudge bars are often better than ice cream treats, with sky-high sugar and fat counts and as many calories as a meal.
