Finally a package that made enough for the entire family! Almost everyone thought it was delicious, except for Ryan, who said it was “disgusting.” The verdict: Since it contains almost 40 per cent of the recommend daily amount for sodium and hydrogenated oil is in the ingredient list, we suggest saving this for a once-in-a-blue-moon treat.

Tip: To boost your fibre intake, choose brown or whole-grain rice dishes. You can also add chicken or beans to increase protein and turn the side dish into a full meal
