Get Good Advice
If you are a fairly handy person, you could build this house. But to make sure it doesn’t fall down, I recommend befriending one or two experts at your local building supply centre (my experience is that those in the lumber section are the best). The 10 hours over a few months we spent at Lowe’s getting advice about framing, roofing and finishing work was time well spent! Having my dad (who, in my mind, can build anything, including my own playhouse when I was a kid) drop by so often and lend a hand (and a tool) was very helpful too.
