Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup apple cider vinegar3 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp kosher salt1 tsp poppy seeds6 cups Savoy cabbage, cored and finely shredded1 1/2 cups celery root, peeled and coarsely grated1 cup carrot, coarsely grated1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Directions
1.In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and poppy seeds together until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
2.In a large bowl, pour vinaigrette over remaining ingredients. Toss until thoroughly blended. Chill at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to meld. Serve alongside stuffed burgers.
