Prosciutto-Wrapped Plums Stuffed with Goat Cheese

This combination of tart plums with salty prosciutto and creamy goat cheese is a winner. Serve it as an elegant starter or make it the star on top of a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette. If you can't find yellow plums, small purple ones can be used instead.

“My 10- and 12-year-olds helped me make this. One filled the plums with the cheese, while the other enjoyed stabbing the plums with toothpicks. I loved the crispiness of the prosciutto and the softness of the plum together. The flavours of salty, sweet and sour all complement each other well.”
