In microwave-safe bowl, heat 3 tbsp butter and 4 cups mini marshmallows for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Add 3 cups whole grain crispy rice cereal, 1 cup quick cooking oats, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds and 2 tbsp flax seeds.
Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares.
