1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced3/4 cup plain yogurt1/3 cup orange juice1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced1 tbsp flaxseed oil1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
1.Place banana in blender.
2.Add all remaining ingredients.
3.Blend until smooth.
