Makes 2 generous servings

Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • honey, to taste
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Combine oats, juice, apple and banana together.

  • 2.

    Top with yogurt and drizzle with honey to taste.

    Per serving: 405 calories, 4.5 g fat, 149.5 mg calcium, 49 mg sodium, 83.1 g carbohydrates, 6.5 g fibre, 11.7 g protein; excellent source of thiamine, vitamin B6 , folate, and magnesium; good source of vitamin B12 , vitamin C, iron and zinc.
