These breakfast faves are high in protein and nutrients including vitamins A, D, E, B12, choline, folic acid, iron, selenium and anti- oxidants lutein and zeaxanthin (important for good vision). Try a boiled or poached egg, an omelette with veggies or French toast for a fast and balanced meal.
