Boil 6 cups of water in a steamer.
Mix all of the ingredients together and use this mixture to coat the lamb chops. Place the spiced lamb in the steamer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cook orzo pasta in salted, boiling water (according to package instructions) or in low-sodium chicken broth for added flavour.
When pasta is ready, drain and divide between 4 dishes on the side of a steamed lamb chop.
