Ingredients
1 bottle steam whistle beer2 Cups Heinz ketchup1/4 Cups brown sugar1/4 Cups white vinegar3 tablespoons honey2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon dried mustard1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder11/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper1/2 teaspoons ground coriander seed1/4 teaspoons (1ml) cinnamon1/4 teaspoons (1ml) ground allspice1/4 teaspoons (1ml) cayenne pepper
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
2.Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered, stirring for 20 minutes
3.Refrigerate unused sauce
