Sesame Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
  • For the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/4 Cups smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • For the salad
  • 11/4 Cups snow peas
  • 1/2 Cups beansprouts, rinsed
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into small strips
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 275 gram packets or 550g egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl.

  • 2.

    Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.

  • 3.

    Put snow peas, beansprouts, red pepper strips, green onions and noodles into a bowl.

  • 4.

    Pour dressing over them and mix thoroughly to coat well.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro and serve.
