2 lbs (1 kg) pie dough, at room temperature1 egg1 tbsp (15 mL) milk2 tbsp (30 mL) butter2 Âcloves garlic, finely chopped8 small plum (Roma) tomatoes, halved and seeded1 tbsp (15 mL) prepared basil pestoSalt and pepper5 oz (150 g) grated Canadian Oka cheese
Directions
1.Pre-heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
