Ingredients
4 small tortillas (6 to 7 inches/15 to 18 cm)2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (500 mL)1 cup chunky salsa (250 mL)4 oz sliced cooked ham, chopped (125 mL)1/4 cup sliced green olives (50 mL)3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander or parsley (45 mL)
Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.Arrange tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle each one with 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded cheese.
3.Spread salsa over each, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with cooked ham and olives, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4.Bake for about 10 minutes, until tortillas are crisp and cheese has melted.
5.Sprinkle with coriander. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges; serve at once.
