Tip: Burgers are great to make in advance; wrap individually and freeze. Cook burgers without defrosting, just like the ones you buy in a box (except these ones taste a whole lot better!).

Ingredients
1 lb medium ground turkey1/4 cup finely grated onion1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp Sweet Spicy Ketchup 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 1/2 oz)1 egg white1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients together. Add more panko if mixture is too wet. Season lightly with pepper.
2.Form mixture into 12 (2 oz) burgers, using a 1/4 cup scoop as your guide. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to grill.
3.Preheat barbecue to high. Scrape and lightly oil grill. Sear burgers and then reduce heat slightly. Grill, with lid down, for 3-4 minutes; then turn and grill another 3-4 minutes. Top sliders with sweet spicy ketchup and serve on toasted slider buns.
