Mix all ingredients together. Add more panko if mixture is too wet. Season lightly with pepper.
Form mixture into 12 (2 oz) burgers, using a 1/4 cup scoop as your guide. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to grill.
Preheat barbecue to high. Scrape and lightly oil grill. Sear burgers and then reduce heat slightly. Grill, with lid down, for 3-4 minutes; then turn and grill another 3-4 minutes. Top sliders with sweet spicy ketchup and serve on toasted slider buns.
