Ingredients
  • 14 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 seedless grapes
  • 10 pitted black olives
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Cube up the cheese. Marianate in the oil, lemon juice and oregano. Toss and leave for 30 minutes.

    Peel and cube cucumber. Thread all the ingredients onto skewers - or toothpicks if the cheese is crumbly
