Ingredients
  • 1 large naan bread (indian flat bread)
  • 1/2 Cups tomato sauce
  • 20 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1/2 pounds sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • 2.

    Spoon tomato sauce onto naan. Layer garlic, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and fresh basil.

  • 3.

    Top with mozzarella cheese.

  • 4.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is brown.
