Ingredients
  • Spreadable creme cheese
  • flax wrap
  • 2 to 3 slices of smoked salmon
  • handful of watercress
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Spread cream cheese in a thin layer over the flax wrap.

  • 2.

    Top with 2 to 3 slices of smoked salmon.

  • 3.

    Add a handful of watercress.

  • 4.

    Roll up, then wrap each in wax paper, twisting ends to secure

  • 5.
