Ingredients
1/2 pounds Chinese noodles, cooked2 tablespoons laksa paste1 Cup lump crab meat1/2 Cups bean sprouts1/2 Cups water chestnuts, chopped1/2 Cups snow peas, blanched2 tablespoons Thai basil
Laksa Paste
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger1 clove garlic, roughly chopped1/4 Cups shallots, roughly chopped1 tablespoon red curry paste1/2 Cups coconut milk1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
1.Combine all laksa paste ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2.In a large sauté pan, warm laksa paste over medium heat.
3.Add remaining ingredients. Mix and heat thoroughly.
