It sounded so bizzare and my daughter said lets try it out and it tasted like carott cake! It was so enjoyable!

Tried it, took it to work. Everyone loved it – tastes like spice cake!!! Will definitely make it again (tonight …this time I may even let the kids try it!!!!

My mom use to make tomato soup cake, I am guessing this is somewhat similar. Oh the ways parents hide vegitables…

I’m not a ketchup eater, but my kids are. I should know better than to judge a recipe by it’s ingredients (did I mention a chocolate mouse cake my mom makes made with tofu). I guess I’ll have to give this a try, though my kids won’t believe it’s made with ketchup. Hope it doesn’t taste like ketchup.
