Pretty persuasion
Here’s an invitation they won’t refuse. Use fortune-cookie-shaped silk-brocade coin purses to hold the details of your fete. Add the “Confucius says” teaser to the end and use your graphics program to rotate copy 90 degrees. Print the deets onto plain or coloured paper, cut into strips and loosely roll, copy side out, up to the teaser message. Tuck into the purse and leave the teaser sticking out.
