Easy-Peasy Pesto
serves:Makes 2 cups
time:10 minutes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely pressed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In a food processor, chop garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except oil, and pulse to combine.
- With the motor running, slowly pour in oil until well blended.
