ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely pressed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

directions

  1. In a food processor, chop garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except oil, and pulse to combine.
  2. With the motor running, slowly pour in oil until well blended.
