When you think about your dream job, what springs to mind? We’re thinking ice-cream flavour namer, chocolate taste-tester and professional spa-goer. Ask your kids, though, and you might hear something like “professional toy tester.” Well, they’re in luck! For one lucky Canadian teen, Toys “R” Us will make that dream job a reality when they hire their new Chief Play Officer.

Holding the title of Toys “R” Us CPO may sound very formal and corporate, but in this case, it’s really all fun and games (just ask current CPO, 15-year-old Daniel Wilson). As a “toy aficionado,” the Chief Play Officer’s job is to test the latest toy trends and let parents know what’s hot (and maybe even what’s not). The role will also give kids a chance to get involved with social media, blogging and TV appearances.

Know a toy-loving teen who’d be interested? Toys “R” Us is accepting video submissions online until Sunday, May 29.
