Product Recall: Various Pyjamas with the Brand Name “Xin Di Shi”

Health Canada has recalled various “Xin Di Shi” loose-fitting children’s pyjamas, sizes 2-14. The recall was due to the pyjamas not meeting Canadian flammability requirements for children’s pyjamas.

The sets recalled are:

• White pyjama set with gray and blue spiderman pictures (100% cotton)
• White pyjama set with dark gray Tom and Jerry pictures (100% cotton)
• White pyjama set with pink or red trimming and pictures of Dora (100% cotton)
• White pyjama set with orange trimming and pictures of Strawberry Shortcake (100% cotton)
• White pyjama set with Hello Kitty pictures (100% cotton)

The pyjama sets were sold across Canada between July and December of 2009. No incidents or injuries related to the recalled product have been reported to Health Canada.
