Toddler Hooded Kimono Robe by Bamboobino
Health Canada has issued a product recall for the Toddler Hooded Kimono Robe by Bamboobino. The recall pertains to the robe for children aged 1-3 years. It features a sleeping panda logo on the chest, has snap buttons and is accompanied in a set with a bath mitt. The robe is made up of 70% rayon and 30% cotton and measures 54 centimeters in length.
Health Canada reports that the robe does not meet Canadian flammability requirements for children’s sleep-wear. No reports of incidents or injuries related to this product have been received by Health Canada.
The robes were sold between November 2008 and November 2009.
Consumers are advised to no longer allow their children to wear the robe. Refunds are available at the place of purchase. Contact Bamboobino for a refund if the product was purchased at a trade show or online.
