Product Recall: 100% Organic Cotton Terry Beach Cover-Up for Toddlers by Green Bean Baby

Health Canada has issued a recall of 100% Organic Cotton Terry Beach Cover-Ups for toddlers by Green Bean Baby, sized 1-3 years, sold between August 2007 and January 2010. The Terry Beach Cover-up for infants sized 6-12 months is not included in the recall.
The product, a bathrobe, does not meet the flammability requirements for children’s sleepwear under Canadian law. Reports of injuries or incidents related to the use of this product have not been received by Health Canada or Green Bean Baby.
Cover-Ups were sold at specialty children’s stores in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and through online retailers.
Consumers are urged to return the robe to the place of purchase for a refund. For refunds on robes purchased online or at a trade show, or for more information about the recall, contact Green Bean Baby at sales@greenbeanbaby.com.
