Family says: Papa says it was tasty but took more time to make. Ashley liked the amount and the taste of the vegetables in the mix. The boys preferred the sauce of the others tested, finding this one too “spicy.”

Dietitian says: This product has a hefty amount of green vegetables, which boosts the fibre to 4 g per serving. The sodium level falls into the guidelines at 530 mg per serving. The sugar content is 27 g. If you leave some sauce out, you won’t be consuming the excess sugar. This is a very low-fat meal, especially in saturated and trans fats.
