Time it takes: 30 minutes + drying time

Materials

  • Clean empty paint can
  • Painter’s tape
  • Chalkboard spray paint
  • Acrylic paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Chalk

If your cans aren’t quite empty, visit your local special waste depot to dispose of any leftover remnants.
