MOMMY TROUBLE SPOTS Thighs, bum, abs and shoulders


SOLUTION Lunge and twist (three sets of 12 to 15 reps). This movement uses all muscle groups and is great for fat burning.


HOW IT’S DONE Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms straight out at your sides. Step forward with right foot into a lunge, making sure both knees are at a 90-degree angle. In lunge position, twist toward the right. Hold for three seconds and return to starting position. Repeat with the left foot.
