What you will need: • one large balloon • light green paint • green felt • hot glue • green ribbon • newspaper • white glue • water • flour
Directions:
  1. Cover about half of an inflated balloon with papier-mâché to create the turtle shell.
  2. Once dry, paint it light green.
  3. Glue on dark green felt hexagons and use ribbon for straps. Like a backpack.
  4. Wear all green, and take a cue from Franklin and add a punchy red knit scarf.
