What you will need: • bristol board (may need 2) • felt • glitter pen • any other craft supplies you would like to use on the collar to jazz it up
Directions:
  1. Measure and cut out a bristol board cone big enough for his head.
  2. Cut a hole for his face to peek through, use hot glue to fasten the cone shape and attach bristol board tubes for eyes.
  3. Make a felt collar and decorate it.
  4. Cut out a bristol board shark fin, attach to his back and have him wear blue.
