Medela Freestyle

Tested by Kelly Dobson, mom of six-month-old Lexington, Mississauga, Ont.

Price $400
Power source Electric
Breast coverage Double

Features A hands-free double breastpump that allows up to three hours of pumping per charge. The palm-size pump weighs less than 1 pound and also features an LCD screen and a memory button that lets moms record their preferred pumping pattern.

Pros “The pump is very comfortable, the suction is great and I am very pleased with the amount of milk I produced. It was helpful for me to have both hands free as I have a two-year-old and a six-month-old and things are busy! This pump would be very useful for moms who are working outside the home because it’s efficient, portable and the bag it comes with makes it very discreet.”
Cons “Pricey.”

Rating 9/10
