Self-described as “fierce and beautiful, delicate and dirty,” Bell Orchestre is an instrumental troupe comprised of musicians from outside projects, including two members of Arcade Fire. The Montreal-based band’s sophomore release is a mosaic of diverse instruments—strings, horns, drums—that invigorate as well as tranquilize. —Shannon Phillips
