TASTE TEST The 13-year-old found it plain but not bad for toast and sandwiches. The 16-year-old didn’t like the multigrain bits, while the toddler munched without complaint.
OUR DIETITIAN SAYS The 100% whole-wheat version of this bread is just as healthy, but it contains one gram less fibre.
SPREAD IT WITH A tablespoon (or less) of light or low-fat mayo.
