YUMMIEST WHOLE-WHEAT
Wonder 100% Whole Wheat:
190 calories; 3 g fat (1 g sat); 390 mg sodium; 0 mg potassium; 34 g carbohydrates; 4 g fibre; 4 g sugar per 2 slices (75 g).

$1.99 for 675 g
(11 cents per slice)

TASTE TEST The six-year-old and others voted for this one, while the teen – who is used
to heavier breads – found it bland.
OUR DIETITIAN SAYS It’s a solid choice for families: a healthy 100% whole-grain bread that everyone can eat. The slightly higher fat content is probably due to wheat germ, so no cause for alarm.
SPREAD IT WITH One spread only. Adding butter or margarine to other spreads adds extra fat, and you can’t always taste both.
