A Quick and Easy Grilled Pizza Recipe
Once you’ve had pizza on the grill, you’ll never go back. The crispy crust and smoky flavour make it taste just like it has come from a brick oven. Best of all, it’s quick and easy!
Step 1: Make Your Dough
Combine 2 1/2 cups of flour with 1 envelope of rapid-rise yeast and stir. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir again. Stir in 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir until dough has formed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, adding more flour if it’s too sticky. Put dough back in the bowl and cover. Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Stretch dough into a thin, even pizza shape.
