The Clown
Cut the legs off a pair of overalls to make a skirt. Pin a wide hem (about an inch) and sew in fabric elastic. When finished, pull and tie the elastic to create a bubble skirt. Glue three large pompoms down the centre of the overalls. To make cuffs, cut off the feet from a pair of socks and attach lace to the ankle piece. For the collar, layer pieces of wide organza trim and glue on a ribbon to tie around neck. Accessorize with an oversized bow (attached to a headband) and boots that have been spray-painted red and coated in sparkles. Add face paint to finish.
