Strawberry Lemonade Bars with Pistachio Crust
With a flaky pistachio crust, these lemon and strawberry bars are perfect to serve when the berries are ripe and sweet. For sweet seasonal substitutions, swap in raspberries and blackberries. If you don’t have access to fresh berries, use thawed, frozen berries.
