Makes 8 skewers
Ingredients
  • 1 red seedless watermelon
  • 1 yellow seedless watermelon
  • 1 bunch basil
  • wooden skewers
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Cut off watermelon skins and cut flesh into large chunks. Put in a lidded container and freeze for 2 hours.

  • 2.

    Skewer watermelon, alternating basil leaves in between chunks of watermelon.
