Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or frozen pizza dough, thawed according to package directions
- ¾ cup prepared basil pesto
- 1½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ⅓ cup pine nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Punch dough down with your fist and transfer to a lightly floured work surface (or cover work surface with parchment or waxed paper to prevent dough from sticking). Using a rolling pin, roll it out into an 18-inch circle.
Transfer dough to a large baking sheet and spread pesto evenly over top, to within ½ inch of the edge. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and pine nuts evenly over top.
Bake until cheese melts and crust is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
