Ingredients
- 4 cups 35% cream
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup Irish whisky
Directions
In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and reduce heat to a simmer. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced by half.
