Ingredients
  • 4 cups 35% cream
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Irish whisky
Directions
  1. In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, combine all ingredients.

  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and reduce heat to a simmer. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced by half.
