Ingredients
2 tablespoons rice vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon white miso paste*1 tablespoon granulated sugar1 teaspoon minced ginger root1 tablespoon sesame oil2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro4 cups broccoli slaw (package)1 can albacore or yellowfin tuna2 tablespoons black or toasted white sesame seeds
Directions
1.Whisk together rice vinegar and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add miso and whisk until combined. Stir in sugar and ginger.
2.Combine sesame and vegetable oil. Whisking vinegar mixture, drizzle in oils until combined. Stir in cilantro.
3.Add slaw and tuna to the dressing and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
