Approx. 2.5 Cups (625 mL)
Ingredients
  • 1 (250 mL) cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) coarse koasher salt
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) coarsely ground white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) mustard seeds
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cracked coriander seeds
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) pink peppercorns, cracked
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) dill seed
  • Directions
  • 1.

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a tightly sealed container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
