1 (250 mL) cup brown sugar1/4 cup (60 mL) coarse koasher salt3 Tbsp (45 mL) coarsely ground pepper2 Tbsp (30 mL) coarsely ground white pepper2 Tbsp (30 mL) mustard seeds2 Tbsp (30 mL) cracked coriander seeds2 Tbsp (30 mL) garlic powder2 Tbsp (30 mL) onion powder2 Tbsp (30 mL) pink peppercorns, cracked1 Tbsp (15 mL) crushed red chili flakes1 Tbsp (15 mL) dill seed
Directions
1.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a tightly sealed container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
