Super-Easy Orange Ginger Beef

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp canola oil, divided
  • 1 ¼ lb top sirloin beef, trimmed and cut into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup sliced red pepper
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 tsp sriracha, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 ½ cups VH Orange Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2–3 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry half of the beef, tossing to cook, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Add remaining beef and repeat the process.

  2. Heat remaining oil in the wok. Add broccoli and onion and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add pepper slices, sprouts, cooked beef, sriracha and soya sauce and toss to combine ingredients. Add orange ginger sauce and rice vinegar; stir to coat beef and vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated through, about 3 minutes.
