Preheat oven to 350-deg. F. Lightly butter a 9-inch pie plate.
Stir together butter, graham crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Press evenly on bottom and up sides of pie plate to form an even crust. Bake until crisp, 12 to 15 minutes, then cool on a rack.
Meanwhile, bring cream just to a boil in a saucepan, turn off heat, then add chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Gently whisk in egg until combined and pour into graham cracker crumb crust.
Bake 25 minutes. Cool pie to room temperature on a rack, about 1 hour. The filling will firm as it cools.
Topping: Preheat oven broiler. Cover top of pie with mini marshmallows.
Transfer pie to a top rack of the oven and broil until marshmallows are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Cool pie on a rack, 10 minutes. To ease cutting, dip heavy knife in hot water and dry with a towel before each slice.
