Season tenderloins with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker.
Mix beer, soup and barbeque sauce with a whisk, and pour over tenderloins.
Cook on low for 10 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
To serve, slice tenderloins on an angle and serve with mashed potatoes. Spoon gravy overtop.
