Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Cups barbeque sauce
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Season tenderloins with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker.

  • 2.

    Mix beer, soup and barbeque sauce with a whisk,and pour over tenderloins.

  • 3.

    Cook on low for 10 hours, or on high for 6 hours.

  • 4.

    To serve, slice tenderloins on an angle and serve with mashed potatoes. Spoon gravy overtop.
